This tutorial shows you how to adjust a bodice block, and goes along with my detailed bodice block tutorial.

It also shows you how to adjust existing patterns to have the correct shaping.

I explain in the tutorial, this is not a pattern I've tried and tested, but I've used my general knowledge of pattern cutting for many ladies over the years to consider the adjustments needed post mastectomy.
