Bias binding is great for finishing off unlined garments.

It's perfect for both neck openings and armholes.

In this tutorial I show you step by step how to sew a bound edge, and also how to sew a facing using bias binding. Both give you a very different look.

I also show you how to finish a v neck using both methods. (A bound v neck is not ideal if you're very new to sewing, it's very fiddly!)
