Booking & payment

Sessions must be paid for in advance. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange. Short-notice cancellations or missed appointments may not be refundable.

 

Your session

Please have your pattern, garment, measurements and any relevant materials ready before your session. Sessions are for sewing, pattern fitting and related dressmaking advice. While I will give you professional guidance, I cannot guarantee a particular fitting result.

Age requirement
Sessions are available to customers aged 18 and over.

Respectful behaviour
These are professional sewing consultations. Abusive, offensive, threatening or sexually inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. Any nudity, sexual content, suggestive behaviour or inappropriate requests will result in the session being ended immediately, without a refund. Future bookings will also be refused.

Privacy & recording
Sessions are not recorded, and I do not keep video or audio from your session. Please see my Privacy Policy for information about your personal data.

Technical problems
If a technical problem prevents the session from taking place, we will arrange another suitable time where possible. If I need to cancel, I will offer an alternative appointment or a refund.
